Spring Auction

Burning Tree Elementary School’s Spring Auction represents our school’s largest PTA fundraiser of the year. Made up of parent volunteers who have rallied to organize this annual fundraiser, the PTA helps provide direct funding for essential programs and services that enrich the education of all students of our school community.
 
Last year’s turned virtual event was an unexpected success that far exceeded our fundraising goals. Proceeds will directly impact this upcoming school year by supporting our literacy and arts programming, including the Reading Together program which pairs 5th grade students with 2nd graders to work on reading and writing, as well as our artist-in-residence program, cultural arts assemblies, and new books for our media center.   
 
Our in-person event is tentatively scheduled for a Saturday evening in the spring of 2021 and will include a catered dinner, open wine & beer bar, music, a live auction component, and much more! 
 
In the meantime, do you know of any local businesses who would like to market to the Burning Tree community?  Do you have season tickets to the Kennedy Center or local sports teams?  Do you have connections to delicious restaurants, extraordinary tours or exceptional experiences that would be interesting to other Burning Tree families?  If you have anything that you think would make for a great addition to our silent auction, please contact the event chairs at BTESauction@gmail.com.
