Spring Auction

The PTA Spring Auction is the most anticipated night of the year for many parents and staff. This event is getting a refresh this year with a new location and many new and different offerings. Please put the date on your calendar and plan on attending. This is a great opportunity to build strong relationships with parents and staff while raising funds for programs like Read Together, Arts Integration, Cultural Arts assemblies, new books and much needed equipment for the Media Center and Playground.  Our 2019-2020 fundraising goal for this program is $80,000.
  • When: Saturday, April 18, 2020 from 7-10pm
  • Where: Bannockburn Community Clubhouse
  • What's Included: Dinner, Open Wine & Beer Bar, Music, and tons of fun in a great new space while you mingle with other Burning Tree parents 
  • About The Auction: In addition to offering fun and entertaining teacher experiences, we’ve expanded the silent auction catalog and will include a live auction component with exceptional experiences.  We already have an amazing line-up of restaurant gift cards, weeks of camp and other kids activities, jewelry, and much more.  We hope to raise a lot of money for Burning Tree!

  1. Come to the auction!  Purchase your ticket
  2. Can’t make it?  Sponsor a teacher or staff member! Burning Tree teachers and staff attend the auction as guests of the PTA, but you can help us with those costs by sponsoring a teacher’s ticket.  Sponsor a teacher link to come!
  3. Donate an item!  Do you or your family own a local business that you would like to promote to the Burning Tree community?  Do you have season tickets to the Kennedy Center or local sports teams?  Do you have any connections to unique and interesting restaurants, tours or experiences that would be interesting to other Burning Tree families?  If you have anything that you think would make for a great addition to our silent auction, please contact the event chairs at
